Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations within our manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising factory workers, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety protocols. Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Advanced degree is a plus
