As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations within our manufacturing facility. Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Advanced degree is a plus

• 5+ years in a supervisory role in manufacturing
