Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Parts Salesperson to join our automotive retail team. This role requires excellent customer service skills and knowledge about automotive parts to assist customers in finding the right products for their needs.

Responsibilities

• Offer product recommendations and solutions based on customer needs.
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering new parts.
• Provide pricing and availability information to customers.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure stock accuracy and cleanliness of sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a parts counter or related role

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

Languages

• English: Fluent
