Job Description

Join our team as an Interior Designer, where you'll create innovative and functional spaces that reflect the unique style of our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and transform their ideas into beautiful designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design functional spaces that adhere to clients’ objectives.
  • Collaborate with teams for integrated design solutions.
  • Create detailed designs and layouts using CAD software.
  • Select sustainable materials that align with clients’ values.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals to clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of design projects within budget.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for design concepts.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for the design firm.
  • Lead design meetings and ensure collaborative team efforts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in high-end residential design
Technical Skills
  • SketchUp
  • Revit

Certifications
  • Certified Interior Designer (CID)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
