Job Description

The Customs Brokers will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the customs clearance process for import and export shipments. This position ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee the import-export process for all shipments.
• Provide expert advice on customs regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipment processes.
• Conduct audits of customs documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with government agencies to facilitate smooth customs operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Customs Broker License mandatory to perform the role

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in customs brokerage or freight forwarding
