Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving financial strategy within our Houston office. Responsibilities

  • Drive the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
  • Analyze market trends and economic data to inform financial strategy.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Prepare presentations for the board and senior management on financial health.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and manage audit processes.
  • Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate finance management
