Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Agricultural Workers, specifically Seafood Harvesters, to join our coastal harvesting team. In this role, you'll be responsible for harvesting seafood from various aquatic environments, employing sustainable practices to ensure environmental compliance. Responsibilities

• Conduct routine maintenance on fishing gear and vessels.
• Foster a teamwork-oriented environment for efficient operations.
• Educate peers on sustainable practices and safety measures.
• Assist in planning and preparing for upcoming harvesting events.
• Keep accurate records of seafood quantities and species harvested.
• Respond to emergencies and hazardous situations effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in Seafood Safety or similar are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in seafood harvesting or related fields preferred.

Technical Skills

• Aquatic Knowledge
• Marine Equipment Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
