As the Billing Administrator, you will oversee and manage the billing and invoicing processes, ensuring all financial documents are accurate and compliant with company policies. This role involves reconciling discrepancies, training staff, and optimizing billing workflows to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the billing cycle from invoicing to payment.
  • Analyze billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments regarding billing matters.
  • Prepare and present weekly billing status updates to management.
  • Engage in cross-training with other departments for operational efficiency.
  • Manage vendor and supplier invoicing processes.
  • Support accounting staff during month-end closes.
  • Document and maintain billing procedures for reference.
  • Assist with software upgrades related to billing systems.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related area is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable
