Job Description

We are looking for responsible Metal-Refining Furnace Operators and Tenders to manage the operation of our furnace systems. Responsibilities

• Monitor furnace temperature and pressure to ensure safe operations.
• Log daily production metrics and prepare reports for management.
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to coordinate operations.
• Implement safety protocols and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Ensure all equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes.
• Assist in the training of new operators on furnace operations.
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance on furnace machinery.
• Support management in continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Education

• Technical certification in metallurgy or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in metal refining or furnace operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
