We are seeking a skilled Investment Banker to join our Boston team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategies, while analyzing market trends to generate financial models.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on capital raising and investment strategies.
• Create detailed reports analyzing potential investment opportunities.
• Manage client relationships and maintain ongoing communications.
• Evaluate financial performance and market positioning of clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings.
• Facilitate negotiations between clients and potential investors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management or Business
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a financial advisory role
