Job Description

We are looking for Automatic Drillers and Reamers to operate and maintain drilling and reaming equipment. This role involves ensuring safety and efficiency during operations, as well as troubleshooting technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust drilling and reaming equipment for operation.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute tasks accurately.
• Support the engineering team in improving equipment performance.
• Inspect equipment and perform tests to verify functionality.
• Document all maintenance actions and report any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements during drilling operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industrial equipment operation preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles

Technical Skills

• Automated equipment operation
• Computerized maintenance management systems

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification
• First Aid/CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with hydraulic systems: Experience with hydraulic-driven drilling equipment.
• Ability to perform welding and fabricating tasks: Skills in basic welding and metal fabrication.
