Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Law, or a related field
  • Certification in Regulatory Compliance is preferred
  • Compliance Knowledge Thorough understanding of state and federal regulations.
  • Documentation Management Experience in maintaining compliance documentation.
  • Risk Assessment Skilled in identifying compliance-related risks.
  • Attention to Detail Exceptional ability to spot discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting.
  • Problem-solving Adept at developing practical solutions to compliance challenges.
  • Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in driver education or testing: Previous work experience in driver education or in a related compliance field.
  • Bi-lingual skills: Proficiency in Spanish or another language is a plus.
