Compliance Officer

Job Description

As a Compliance Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our operations comply with state and federal regulations. You'll assess current policies and procedures, implement necessary changes, and conduct training sessions to promote compliance awareness across our teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the transportation sector.
• Prepare reports and documentation for compliance audits.
• Provide training on compliance-related issues to staff and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to standards.
• Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Law, or a related field
• Certification in Regulatory Compliance is preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance or regulatory roles
