Job Description

As a Maintenance Worker specializing in machinery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. You'll be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex machinery to minimize downtime and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Participate in maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Respond to emergency repair requests promptly.
• Maintain a stock of spare parts and materials for efficient repairs.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in spindle repair technology is a plus

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance environments

Technical Skills

• Hand and power tool proficiency
• CNC machine programming experience

Soft Skills

• Good communication
• Adaptability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
