We are seeking an experienced and passionate Organ Teacher to join our music school. This role involves delivering professional organ instruction to students ranging from beginners to advanced players. The ideal candidate will create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring each learner's growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized learning plans based on student assessments and interests.
• Conduct regular evaluations of student progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
• Organize and oversee student performances and events.
• Engage with parents to discuss student progress and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with local music organizations to enhance student experiences.
• Introduce students to a variety of musical styles and genres.
• Participate in outreach programs to promote music education in the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in teaching organ or similar instruments.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in music notation software.
• Knowledge of digital tools for organ instruction.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
