Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Plating Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will apply protective coatings to metal surfaces using advanced plating techniques. Attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect plated components for surface quality and compliance with specifications.
• Assist in the development of plating procedures and protocols.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the plating process as they arise.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing or metal finishing is a plus

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in plating processes or related manufacturing roles.

• Experience in a high-volume production environment: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity.
