Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Machine Feeders and Offbearers to join our fast-paced team. The ideal candidates will be tasked with effectively handling bundles of clothing while maintaining high standards of organization and safety. You will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Organize and hang clothing bundles as per production standards.
• Keep the working area clean and well-maintained.
• Comply with all safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist in managing inventory and perform stock counts.
• Work together with team members to achieve production objectives.
• Communicate equipment problems to the shift supervisor immediately.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in retail or manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Organizational skills
• Basic machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Effective communication
• Adaptability

• Flexibility in working hours: Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
