Responsibilities

• Analyze test results to implement corrective measures for equipment issues.
• Install and maintain various telecommunication devices and systems.
• Provide consultations for clients regarding system upgrades and new installations.
• Adhere to safety protocols while using specialized tools and equipment.
• Train new team members on installation techniques and equipment handling.
• Evaluate the performance of telecommunications systems and recommend enhancements.
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operational processes.
• Attend workshops and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
• React promptly to service calls and prioritize critical issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers for ongoing support.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an apprenticeship or vocational training program in electrical systems

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in telecommunications installation and repair
