Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to work on a variety of exciting projects in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity in design, and an ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers and architects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of building materials to determine suitability for projects.
• Create optimized designs that meet client specifications and budget constraints.
• Oversee construction work to verify compliance with structural designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of construction cost estimates and schedules.
• Ensure all engineering work adheres to safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering projects
