Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our innovative team in Phoenix. You will work closely with patients to assess their physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and overall functional health.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patients' physical status and treatment response.
• Create and implement therapeutic exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Advise patients on health and wellness strategies.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure optimal recovery.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and supervising support staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)

Experience

• 2-4 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting

Technical Skills

• Rehabilitation Program Design
• Technological Proficiency with Therapy Equipment

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Functional Movement Specialist (CFMS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with geriatric rehabilitation: Experience in developing and executing rehabilitation programs for elderly patients.
• Knowledge of orthotic fitting and training: Experience in fitting and training patients with orthotic devices.
