Boring Mill Operator

Job Description

We are in search of skilled Brickmasons and Blockmasons to construct and install industrial ovens. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading blueprints and performing routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate boring mills to produce parts to tight tolerances.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machine setup.
• Train junior operators on machinery operation and safety protocols.
• Assist in improving production processes and workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in machining is a plus

Experience

• At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of CAD software: Familiarity with CAD software for reading and modifying engineering drawings.
