Job Description

We are searching for skilled Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders who will be responsible for operating and maintaining wax molding equipment. Successful candidates will ensure quality standards are met while contributing to process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for wax mold production.
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
• Ensure that all production output meets quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the development of new wax products by providing feedback on mold designs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with quality control inspectors to ensure product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years in a manufacturing role, preferably with wax products

Technical Skills

• Hand tool proficiency
• Wax materials knowledge

Soft Skills

• Creative problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with production optimization: Prior experience in improving manufacturing processes and efficiencies.
• Understanding of safety regulations in manufacturing: Familiarity with health and safety standards in a production environment.
