Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Technologist to design, develop, and implement innovative technology-based instructional materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of instructional design principles and proficiency in e-learning best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop technology-rich instructional materials and assessments.
• Work alongside instructional designers and multimedia specialists to enhance learning.
• Assess student learning needs and adapt materials accordingly.
• Ensure accessibility and quality of instructional materials following established standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional technology or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or similar roles.

Certifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
• Google Advanced Trainer

Languages
