Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Photographic Process Workers to operate and maintain advanced printing machines. The ideal candidates will ensure quality outputs and collaborate with our photography team for the best results.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of photographic print orders from start to finish.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team for special projects.
• Train and support new employees in proper operational procedures.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production progress and solutions.
• Assist in inventory management for printing supplies.
• Regularly clean and maintain printing equipment for optimal performance.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in printing or photography preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a photo lab or printing facility

Technical Skills

• Digital Printing Technologies
• Color Management Software

• Analytical Skills
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in UV Printing: Knowledge of UV printing processes and applications.
• Hands-on Experience with Epson Printers: Practical experience working with various Epson printing equipment.
