Job Description

As a Telephone Operator, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming and outgoing calls while providing superior customer service. You'll handle calls efficiently and ensure that customers receive the support they need, acting as a vital point of contact within our organization.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in customer service or telecommunications preferred
Experience
  • Prior experience in a call center or similar role preferred.
Technical Skills
  • VoIP systems
  • CRM software

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
