Valuation Consultant

Job Description

As a Valuation Consultant, you will conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the value of various assets, including stocks, bonds, and real estate. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver expert investment advice.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze financial risks associated with assets.
• Utilize advanced valuation software to enhance accuracy in assessments.
• Prepare for and conduct client meetings to discuss valuation findings.
• Maintain detailed records of methodologies and assumptions used during evaluations.
• Support business development efforts through networking and client outreach.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in valuation, investment analysis, or financial consulting roles.
