We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail and be responsible for preparing and shaping clay materials for diverse applications in the ceramics industry. This role requires operational expertise and a commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare clay according to production standards.
• Operate and maintain blending machines and associated equipment.
• Shape clay materials using various equipment and hand tools.
• Conduct quality checks on clay products throughout the production process.
• Document inventory levels of clay materials and products.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance production efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
• Diagnose and fix any issues with processing equipment.
• Assist in training new employees on clay preparation and processing techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in ceramics or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or clay processing role

Languages
