Job Description

As a Glass Tinter at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for tinting a variety of glass surfaces for automotive, residential, and commercial applications. Candidates should possess prior experience in glass tinting and a strong understanding of the industry standards to ensure top-notch quality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough prep work before tinting glass, including surface cleaning and measurement.
• Measure and cut window film to fit properly.
• Install window film using various techniques and ensure quality standards.
• Assist clients in selecting the appropriate tint based on their needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory of tinting materials and supplies.
• Assist in training new employees on tinting processes.
• Utilize customer feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in glass tinting or related field.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Safety Procedures
• Technical Drawing Interpretation

Soft Skills

• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Team Player

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Sales Experience: Experience in sales or customer service related to tinting products.
• Fast-paced Environment Experience: Prior experience working in high-pressure production settings.
