Job Description

We are searching for a skilled Ripshear Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining specialized ripshear machinery to ensure precision cuts in various materials. Your keen eye for detail and your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate ripshear machines based on varying material specifications.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal condition.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to meet production standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Manage inventory of cutting materials and report shortages to supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in metal fabrication preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Machinery Control Systems

Languages

• English: Fluent
