Job Description

We are looking for a Buffing Wheel Inspector to join our dedicated manufacturing team. Your primary responsibility will be inspecting buffing wheels to ensure they meet strict quality standards. Ideal candidates should possess sharp attention to detail and an understanding of quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate buffing wheels against established quality metrics.
• Report any abnormalities found during inspections.
• Conduct dimensional checks and record findings.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot identified issues.
• Assist in training new team members on inspection standards.
• Prepare inspection reports for management review.
• Help implement corrective actions based on quality findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in quality audits as required.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in quality control is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.
