Job Description

As a Psychologist at our organization, you will be tasked with evaluating patients, developing treatment strategies, and delivering therapy in both individual and group settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering a supportive and healing environment for clients seeking mental health care.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize evidence-based practices in assessment and treatment processes.
  • Document therapy sessions and treatment outcomes comprehensively.
  • Encourage client engagement in the therapeutic process.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and their support systems.
  • Coordinate referrals to additional resources and specialists as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctorate in Psychology (Psy.D or Ph.D.)
  • Massachusetts state license required
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience providing psychotherapy
