Job Description

Equestrian Services Inc. is seeking a talented Riding Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in riding instruction and a passion for helping riders of all ages and skill levels improve their skills. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and ensuring the safety and welfare of both horses and riders.

Responsibilities

  • Teach riding techniques that cover various disciplines like dressage and show jumping.
  • Create an inclusive and motivating environment for all riders.
  • Ensure appropriate risk management protocols are followed during activities.
  • Engage with the equestrian community through events and outreach.
  • Advise clients on equestrian-related questions and concerns.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative coaching strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Certification in Equestrian Coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in teaching riding lessons
