Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will be the driving force in nurturing lasting client relationships. In this role, you will collaborate with customers, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded, effectively addressing queries and challenges to foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted adviser to customers, helping them maximize the value of our products.
  • Drive adoption by providing ongoing support and coaching.
  • Gather customer feedback for product development.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for customer quarterly reviews.
  • Identify potential risks to client retention and proactively address them.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or Business
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 4-6 years in a customer-facing role
