• Review client documentation to ensure readiness for loan processing.
• Negotiate loan terms with lenders to secure favorable conditions for clients.
• Prepare and present loan proposals to clients clearly and confidently.
• Cultivate relationships with financial institutions for partnership opportunities.
• Monitor loan progress and liaise with clients to keep them informed.
• Conduct workshops to educate potential clients about mortgage options.
• Develop marketing strategies to promote mortgage services in the community.
• Assist in the compliance process by maintaining detailed records.
• Utilize CRM systems for tracking leads and managing client relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience helping clients secure home loans

Technical Skills

• Mortgage Software Proficiency
• Financial Analysis

Certifications

• Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) License

Languages

• English: Fluent
