Folding Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Folding Machine Operator at PrintWorks, you will be responsible for setting up and operating folding machines to produce high-quality folded paper products. You will ensure that all products meet our quality standards and production goals.

Responsibilities

• Set up folding machines for production runs based on job specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize performance and output.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with the production team to align workflows.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or printing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Folding Machine Operation
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Mechanical Aptitude

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Digital Printing: Knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment.
