Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Litigation Claims Representative where you'll handle a range of litigation claims. Your expertise will be essential in negotiating settlements and managing all aspects of the claims process.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the merits of claims and determine appropriate action based on evidence and policy terms.
  • Develop settlement proposals and negotiate with stakeholders to resolve claims effectively.
  • Monitor the status of claims, providing timely updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the claims handling process.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on claims management procedures.
  • Work with other departments to gather necessary information for claims evaluations.
  • Document all communications and activities related to claims in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and presentations for the claims department.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews as required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Law
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in litigation claims or insurance industry preferred
