Responsibilities

• Set up lathe programs according to product specifications.
• Inspect and test mechanical components for durability and craftsmanship.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline production processes.
• Utilize measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions.

• Provide regular feedback to improve manufacturing techniques and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

Experience

• Experience in crafting fine writing instruments is a plus.
