Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Craft Artist to design and produce flags according to client specifications. The ideal candidate will bring artistic flair and strong sewing skills to create stunning custom pieces.

Responsibilities

• Design and create customized flags based on client requests.
• Choose appropriate materials and colors for flag production.
• Use sewing machines and other textile equipment proficiently.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Assist in managing the supply chain for production materials.
• Work closely with the design and sales teams to fulfill customer orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant degree preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years in textile or flag design and production

Technical Skills

• Textile Knowledge
• Heat Press Operation

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to Speak Multiple Languages: Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse clients.
• Sales Experience: Experience in sales to assist in marketing custom flag designs.
