Job Description

As a Command and Control Center Officer, you will oversee and coordinate combat operations in an Air Operations Center (AOC). Your role is crucial in ensuring the effective execution of military operations, maintaining high situational awareness, and efficiently directing resources.

Responsibilities

  • Direct combat operations and ensure effective command and control.
  • Formulate and adapt strategies based on real-time intelligence.
  • Collaborate with teams such as intelligence analysts and air traffic control officers.
  • Supervise junior officers and provide strategic guidance.
  • Review mission reports and optimize future operations.
  • Ensure adherence to military protocols during operations.
  • Assess the performance of operational strategies against objectives.
  • Maintain high readiness levels of personnel and equipment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement practices for operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate training initiatives for operational staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Military Science or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred
