Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, your primary responsibility will be to trim and shape shoe heels using various machinery and tools. You'll ensure that all products meet the quality standards while collaborating with the production team to maintain a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities

• Shape and finish shoe heels to specifications with precision.
• Continuously monitor production output for quality assurance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Communicate with management regarding production issues.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
