Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Castings Trimmer to ensure the flawless finishing of our casting products. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers and operators, following strict guidelines to deliver top-notch castings in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow specific instructions provided in work orders to complete tasks accurately.
• Monitor production flow and communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct quality checks on castings and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience operating trimming equipment is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating pneumatic and rotary tools.: Ability to effectively use a variety of trimming tools and maintain equipment.
• Knowledge of different casting materials and processes.: Understanding various materials used in the casting process and their properties.
