As a Cruise Guide, you will be the face of luxury travel, ensuring guests have an enjoyable and safe journey aboard the ship. You will provide information and assistance, lead tours, and supervise activities, making each cruise unforgettable.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in booking and planning shore excursions.
• Facilitate safety protocols and emergency procedures on board.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers.
• Lead interactive onboard activities to engage guests.
• Coordinate with entertainment staff for various events.
• Handle and document guest feedback for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance service strategies.
• Conduct informative sessions about onboard amenities and health protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a tour guide or in hospitality

Technical Skills

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Spanish: Conversational
