Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate CPR Instructor to join our team. As a CPR Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching individuals the essential techniques required for performing Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in emergency situations. This role is crucial in equipping participants with life-saving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPR and first aid training sessions effectively.
• Utilize simulation devices for hands-on training experience.
• Monitor and support learners to ensure their understanding.
• Work with a team of instructors to refine the curriculum.
• Create educational materials and resources for trainees.
• Respond to emergencies during training sessions with composure.
• Monitor industry standards to ensure compliance.
• Implement feedback from trainees to improve training methods.
• Foster an engaging training environment.
• Assist in the organization of community training events.

Requirements

Education

• CPR Instructor certification from a recognized organization
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CPR Instructor or related role.
