Job Description

As a Photo Offset Printer, you will play a crucial role in our production team. You will manage offset printing processes and work closely with our design team to ensure that each print meets our quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and adjust printing machines for production runs.
• Mix ink colors to match customer specifications accurately.
• Set up printing plates and ensure accurate registration.
• Monitor the printing process for quality and consistency.
• Perform regular maintenance and resolve issues while printing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members to troubleshoot problems.
• Ensure timely completion of print jobs according to production schedules.
• Participate in training on new printing technologies and processes.
• Document printing processes and maintain production records.

Advantageous

• Experience with specialized printing techniques: Familiarity with processes like spot UV, embossing, or die-cutting.
