Job Description

We are looking for skilled Sewing Machine Operators to join our dynamic team. As an Automatic Serging Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for efficiently operating and maintaining state-of-the-art serging machines used in the textile industry to sew, finish, and trim fabric edges. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be crucial as you ensure that all products meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate serging machines for various sewing tasks.
• Monitor production output and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections of the machinery to prevent downtime.
• Document production processes and outcomes for record-keeping.
• Work closely with the quality control team to troubleshoot and resolve product defects.
• Support inventory management by notifying stock shortages or equipment parts needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are stored appropriately.
• Assist in the development of new sewing techniques and processes to enhance product quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience operating similar machinery.
