Job Description

As a Glass Presser, you will operate and maintain glass pressing machines, ensuring the production of quality glass products. You will monitor machine operations, perform regular maintenance, and collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and adjust glass pressing machines for production runs.
  • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve any quality issues.
  • Maintain detailed logs of production output and machinery maintenance.
  • Assist in training new operators on equipment and safety procedures.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to implement new processes.
  • Support management in achieving production goals and timelines.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical training in glass manufacturing is a plus
Experience
  • Experience operating glass pressing machines preferred
Technical Skills
  • Glass pressing machine operation

Languages
  • English: Fluent
