Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Administrator to manage daily operations within our healthcare facility in Dallas. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing staff, budgets, and compliance with health regulations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily operations to ensure quality patient care.
  • Develop and enforce policies to meet regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to streamline services.
  • Supervise staff hiring, training, and performance reviews.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Engage with patients and families to ensure quality of care.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance facility services and operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Administration
  • Master's degree in a related field is a plus

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting
