Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Mixing and Blending Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our team in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have experience with mixing equipment and a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Operate blending machinery and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Record production data and manage raw material inventories.
  • Perform troubleshooting on equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs.
  • Work collaboratively with Quality Assurance to address product discrepancies.
  • Train new employees on machine operation and safety practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment to comply with safety regulations.
  • Support team members in other areas of production as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in machine operation or production environment
