Job Description

As Inspectors, Testers, Sorters, Samplers, and Weighers, you will play a critical role in ensuring product quality and adherence to specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials.
• Sort and categorize materials based on predetermined criteria.
• Create and maintain detailed records of inspections.
• Ensure all remnants are utilized in production to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
• Identify quality issues and report them to the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Implement corrective action and preventive measures as needed.
• Assist in audits and quality checks as required.
• Train new employees on inspection and sorting processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Inventory management
• Basic computer skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment: Familiarity with production processes and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control processes: Understanding principles of quality assurance in manufacturing.
