Job Description

As a Textiles Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring excellent customer service in the textile sector. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Forge long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat sales.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with product development to tailor offerings to customer needs.
  • Assist in creating effective marketing materials that resonate with clients.
  • Participate in regular training to remain knowledgeable about our products.
  • Evaluate competitors and their offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests for information.
  • Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts efficiently.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in textile sales or a similar environment
