Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating various paper machinery and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by installing necessary tools and equipment.
• Run machinery and monitor output for quality and efficiency.
• Respond quickly to machine alerts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Support team in achieving production deadlines and targets.
• Collaborate with management to improve operational processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Associates degree in manufacturing technology is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in the paper goods manufacturing industry

Languages

• English: Fluent
