Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections of aircraft propellers to determine their condition and identify any defects or damage.
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on aircraft propellers, including balancing, cleaning, and polishing.
  • Document all work performed in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and efficient operation of the maintenance department.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve quality and safety.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents.
  • Assist in training new staff on proper inspection and maintenance techniques.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
  • Knowledge of propellers and their components In-depth understanding of propeller mechanics and functionality.
  • Inspection tools proficiency Ability to effectively use various inspection tools and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting skills Expertise in identifying and resolving propeller-related issues.
  • Attention to detail Exceptional ability to notice small discrepancies and faults.
  • Communication Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Problem-solving Adept at developing solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
